Backend/Fullstack .NET Developer

A profitable and well-established Nordic commerce and retail company is hiring a Backend .NET Developer to strengthen its in-house technology team in Kristiansand. The business has been operating for over two decades and runs a fully homegrown platform that supports the entire value chain, including webshops, warehouse systems, logistics, finance, and third-party integrations.

You will work on core backend services used daily across both physical retail and e-commerce operations. The team focuses on automation, optimisation, and scalable solutions, with real ownership and influence over technical decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
*

Work on integrations, internal business systems, and warehouse tools
*

Contribute to distributed architecture, performance improvements, and unit testing
*

Collaborate closely with frontend developers and business stakeholders

Tech Environment
C#, .NET, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL, distributed architecture, microservices, unit testing, Razor Pages, TypeScript

Your Profile

*

1 to 5 years' experience with .NET and C# (strong juniors considered)
*

Experience with SQL and API development
*

Interest in complex business systems and end-to-end solutions
*

Experience from e-commerce or logistics is a plus
*

Norwegian language skills required
