Our Microsoft Partner client is expanding their Business Central practice and is seeking a Business Central Functional Consultant with a strong Finance background to lead transformative ERP projects for manufacturing and distribution customers. 💼 What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, primarily for manufacturing and distribution clients
*

Facilitate discovery workshops to understand financial processes, operational workflows, and system requirements
*

Configure and optimize BC Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, and intercompany
*

Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams
*

Support full project lifecycle: design, build, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support
*

Provide best-practice guidance on financial process improvements and system utilization
*

Troubleshoot financial data, integrations, and workflow-related issues within client environments

Partner-channel experience required - proven success delivering BC/NAV projects as a consultant

Multiple Business Central implementations completed (lead or senior functional role preferred)

Strong Finance background, ideally with hands-on knowledge of accounting principles

Excellent client-facing abilities - confident leading workshops, presenting solutions, and managing expectations

Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
