Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft partner who helps clients unlock the full potential of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. They are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their London-based team. This role focuses on implementing, customising, and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions to help clients improve business processes and adoption of new technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service
*

Design and deliver client-centric solutions using Microsoft 365, considering existing ways of working
*

Lead client-facing activities including workshops, solution playbacks, and UAT reviews
*

Validate solutions and recommend alternative approaches such as custom Power Apps when suitable
*

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery
*

Continuously develop skills within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
*

Manage your own time effectively across home, client, and office-based work
*

Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
