Business Central Process Improvement Specialist
Remote | Up to 20% Travel
We're looking for a Business Central Process Improvement Specialist to help optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support user adoption across our clients ERP environment. This role focuses on documentation, process mapping, and training to ensure smooth use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
 * 
Analyze and streamline business processes within Business Central.
 * 
Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
 * 
Deliver user training (onsite and virtual) to drive adoption.
 * 
Support testing, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
 * 
Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement improvements.
 * 
Leverage tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI for efficiency gains.
Qualifications
 * 
3+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a functional or process-focused role.
 * 
Strong skills in documentation, training, and process mapping.
 * 
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI preferred).
 * 
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 * 
Ability to travel up to 20%.
