System Analyst / Analyst Programmer - ERP / MES (MNC, In-house)

My client is an industry-leading multinational company (MNC, In-house) in Asia. They are currently seeking an IT Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst (In-house role) based in Hong Kong to support their internal IT projects across Asia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping effective IT business processes and solutions.



Responsibilities:

* Take a lead role in program, system, and application development, customisation, and report development for ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
* Collaborate closely with users and vendors on system requirement analysis, and work with the IT Manager to provide technical recommendations on development approaches.
* Troubleshoot system errors and conduct code reviews to ensure coding quality.
* Provide user training for new or upgraded systems.
* Handle ad-hoc issues and requests within the team and proactively seek effective solutions.



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Hands-on experience in system development using at least two of the following: ASP.NET Core / MVC, C#, X++, Bootstrap Framework, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
* Experience in ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O / MS Dynamics AX) or MES systems is a definite advantage.
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
