Senior Digital Transformation Consultant - UK Based - £80K

Nigel Frank are supporting the search for a client-facing Digital Transformation Consultant, focused on shaping and delivering large-scale transformation programmes across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping organisations define their digital vision and translate it into tangible, high-impact solutions. This role suits someone with strong consulting experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to clearly articulate technical value at C-level.

Role Responsibilities

* Advising clients on digital transformation strategies using the Microsoft ecosystem
* Creating and owning digital transformation roadmaps aligned to long-term business goals
* Conducting digital maturity assessments and identifying opportunities for innovation
* Designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot and Azure
* Leading client workshops, ideation sessions, and senior stakeholder presentations

Skills & Experience Required

* 8+ year's experience in senior technical, consultin, or digital transformation roles
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
* Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and AI capabilities
* Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within delivery teams
