Our client is seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong .NET background and cloud expertise to join their team in Oslo. This role offers the opportunity to lead talented developers while remaining hands-on with modern technologies, delivering innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring technical quality and best practices.
* Architect and implement solutions using .NET (C#) and modern frameworks.
* Drive cloud-native development leveraging Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for efficient delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

* Proven experience in .NET/C# development.
* Strong knowledge of Azure and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Fluency in Norwegian
