The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days per week on site in Doncaster.

Role Responsibilities

As a CE Application Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting and optimising the organisation's Dynamics 365 CE environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing application analysis, support and deployment within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
*

Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues promptly and effectively
*

Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and platform improvements
*

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance
*

Staying up to date with new technologies and recommending best practice solutions

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)

Hands-on background in application analysis, deployment and troubleshooting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
