D365 CE Functional Consultant
London - Hybrid (2 day a week)

Responsibilities

* Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into clear, well‑structured functional designs
* Configure and design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
* Work closely with architects and developers through discovery, build, testing and release.
* Promote strong design standards and best practice across different delivery approaches.
* Ensure solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with architectural and governance frameworks.

Skills & Experience

* Solid hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
* Strong ability to map business processes and turn them into effective, user‑centred solutions.
* Confident communicator who can collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on simplifying, improving and optimising solution design.
* Organised, adaptable and committed to sharing knowledge and building capability across the organisation.
