Role Overview:
As a Financial Systems Implementer, you'll play a critical role in driving user adoption and ensuring the success of this large-scale ERP initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering exceptional training-both in-person and remote-to help users transition from manual, pen-and-paper processes to a Tier 1 ERP system
* Creating engaging, easy-to-understand training materials tailored for non-technical audiences
* Guiding end users through hands-on sessions, ensuring confidence and competence in system functionality
* Gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
* Configuring the system to meet business needs
* Documenting SOPs to establish efficient workflows and best practices

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience delivering effective ERP training to diverse user groups
* Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to simplify complex concepts for users with limited technical background
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
