This client is a market-leading international discrete manufacturing company known for innovation, precision, and operational excellence. As they continue to scale and modernize their operations, they are seeking a Director of Business Systems to spearhead their IT and Supply Chain strategies and execution with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and internal team leadertship.

Role: This client is looking for a strategic and technically adept Director of Business Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's enterprise systems landscape. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across the organization, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and systems integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategic planning and execution of business systems initiatives across departments.
* Oversee the architecture, integration, and performance of Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and deliver scalable solutions.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of system upgrades and enhancements.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business systems.
* Drive continuous improvement through system analytics, user feedback, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

* Proven experience (7+ years) in business systems leadership, with a focus on ERP and CRM platforms.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including integrations with third-party systems.
* Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex system implementations.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
* Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is nice to have.
* Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based architecture is nice to have
* Certification in Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft technologies is nice to have
