Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with strong experience in upgrading Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central (BC). The system is largely out-of-the-box with minimal customization, and the upgrade is nearly complete-requiring a knowledgeable consultant to step in, finalize the process, and provide training to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:

Finalize the upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.

Review and confirm current module configurations (GL, AR, AP, etc.).
*
Deliver tailored training sessions to 4-5 system users.
*
Provide guidance on best practices post-upgrade.
*
Offer ad-hoc support and troubleshooting if needed after implementation.
Requirements:

Proven experience with NAV to Business Central upgrades.
*
Familiarity with both out-of-the-box and lightly customized BC environments.
*
Ability to work independently and deliver within a tight time frame (approx. 2 days).
*
Strong communication skills and ability to train end-users effectively.
*
Experience with financial modules including GL, AR, and AP.
Nice to Have:

Prior experience working with small internal teams.
*
Comfort working with C-level stakeholders (CEO, Controller).
