ERP Dev Manager - D365 BC - Los Angeles/Remote - $160k

An Dynamics Business Central end user in the food & beverage distribution sector is seeking an ERP Development Manager with techno-functional experience to help lead customization efforts of their ERP system following an upgrade to D365. This would play a key role in a growing organization that is investing heavily into improving their IT infrastructure and business processes.

We need a "Servant Leader" who has overseen applications teams while also remaining hands-on in developing business applications and integrating new systems with Business Central.

We need a candidate with:
* Expertise with Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Deep knowledge of AL extension programming
* Experience with Power BI reporting and Power Platform Development preferred
* Food & Bev or relevant industry background (wine, cannabis, pharma, consumer products, etc.) is a big plus
* The ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical personnel, with experience gathering requirements, providing user support, and manage teams to hit project deadlines
