Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Central Support Consultant to provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role, you will work closely with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and enhance Business Central functionality to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues.
* Assist with system configuration, enhancements, and maintenance to improve overall system efficiency.
* Work closely with users to understand business processes and provide training or best practices.
* Support integrations with third-party applications and ensure seamless system connectivity.
* Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues.
* Assist with upgrades, migrations, and testing new Business Central features.
* Document resolutions, system configurations, and support procedures.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
* Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical system issues efficiently.
* Familiarity with Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
* Experience working with end-users to gather requirements and provide training.
* Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and extensions within Business Central is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
