What You'll Do:

* Customize and enhance CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
* Develop and maintain CRM integrations and automations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve CRM performance

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a CRM Developer
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
* Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
* Solid understanding of CRM customization, workflows, and automation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in Swedish (written & spoken)
