Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist - Swedish speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Specialist with a strong foundation in finance and ERP implementation to support our growing operations. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a passion for delivering impactful ERP solutions across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including pre-sales, integrations, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.
*

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
*

Work across multiple industries, with a particular focus on manufacturing and production environments.
*

Drive financial process improvements across accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, reporting, and fixed assets.
*

Contribute to the configuration and optimization of Project and Fixed Assets modules.
*

Integrate and manage ISV solutions, with emphasis on ExFlow and similar add-ons.
*

Leverage technical tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to enhance reporting and workflow automation.
*

Collaborate with CRM/CE teams where applicable for cross-platform integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

*

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
*

Solid background in ERP implementation projects, including pre-sales and system integrations.
*

Previous experience with other finance or ERP systems is an advantage.
*

In-depth financial expertise, with strong understanding of core accounting processes.
*

Experience in working with ISV solutions, especially ExFlow, is highly valued.
*

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and CRM solutions is a plus.
*

Relevant academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or IT Management.
*

Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
