Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - UK (Remote) - c£80K
You'll provide day-to-day functional support across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, covering Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights, ensuring users receive a first-class service while helping to enhance and optimise the platform.
Alongside your CE responsibilities, you'll gradually gain exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, supporting business processes and becoming a key member of a wider enterprise applications team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line functional support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Support users across Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights
* Configure and maintain security roles, business process flows, workflows, forms, views and system configuration
* Investigate and resolve functional issues, escalating where appropriate
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
* Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Microsoft release updates
* Develop your knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, supporting wider business applications over time
Skills & Experience
* Commercial experience supporting or configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Strong knowledge of one or more CE applications, including Customer Service, Sales or Customer Insights
* Experience configuring security roles, business process flows, forms, views and workflows
* Experience gathering requirements and supporting business users
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
