D365 CE Functional Consultant

Job Description

Excellent opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Partner specialising in D365 CE implementations across a variety of industries, including not-for-profit, manufacturing, construction etc.

My client is seeking a Senior & Mid-Level D365 CE Consultant to play a pivotal role helping their clients achieve the maximum results from their D365 CE solutions.

This role offers a salary of £55k-£70k dependant on experience.

The client supports a fully remote workforce however there is the option to work from their Manchester office if desired.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to understand business needs and requirements.
* Demonstrate your extensive knowledge of all functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
* Configuring specifications and interface with clients to test, adapt and work through issues.
* Ability to work with detail and overall development and maintenance of the CRM platform to advise on best practice.

Skills and Qualifications

* Full project life-cycle experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 Modules - Customer engagement, sales, service.
* Excellent communication skills - ability to work closely with stakeholders and development teams.
* Ability to recognise areas to maximise the effectiveness of the D365 investment for the clients.
