🔧 What You'll Do:

Lead Dynamics 365 CRM projects from discovery through deployment
*

Gather and map business requirements to platform capabilities
*

Conduct gap analysis, write functional specs, and support testing/training
*

Provide client support and mentor junior team members
*

Collaborate with sales teams for product demos and pre-sales support

🎯 What We're Looking For:

*

2+ years of CRM implementation & client-facing experience
*

Strong background in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, PSA, Field Service)
*

Functional design, data migration, and integration expertise
*

Power BI/reporting skills a plus
*

Strong communication, business acumen, and solution mindset

🎓 Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) | D365 certifications a plus
