Data & AI Strategy Lead - London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Up to £110,000 + Bonus + Cash Benefits

We are looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of insurance as AI, data and technology continue to transform the industry. You will be joining a market‑leading consulting team that works with the UK's biggest insurers, brokers and specialty carriers, people who care about collaboration, learning and long‑term growth.

This is a high‑growth practice known for delivering large‑scale transformation, modernisation programmes, and AI‑enabled change. You will work closely with experts across underwriting, claims, exposure management, operations, data and AI.



What You will Be Doing

* Leading end‑to‑end client engagements as a trusted advisor
* Shaping transformation strategies and delivering modernisation programmes
* Spotting opportunities to apply AI and data throughout the insurance value chain
* Redesigning business and operating models for AI‑driven, digital insurance
* Facilitating senior executive and board‑level conversations
* Working across business, data, IT and operations to deliver real‑world solutions
* Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to an inclusive culture
* Leading strategic initiatives across underwriting, claims, data, operations and distribution
* Delivering evidence‑based insights and high‑impact recommendations

What You will Bring

* Strong knowledge of Insurance
* Experience across underwriting, claims, strategy, transformation, AI/data or enterprise architecture
* Ability to explain how AI and data can drive business outcomes
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
* Strong strategic thinking backed by evidence and industry insight
* Proven end‑to‑end project delivery
* Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation and documentation skills
