We are working with a Microsoft consulting practice that is continuing to scale its customer engagement capability and is looking to hire a Senior Consultant or Architect specialising in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing.

This role offers exposure to a high volume of project work, a mix of established clients and new greenfield implementations, and a clear pathway into leadership as the practice grows.

The Role

You will work across customer data, segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives, partnering closely with clients to design and deliver modern engagement solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design
*

Designing and delivering segmentation and audience strategies for targeted engagement
*

Implementing Dynamics 365 Marketing and Real Time Journeys
*

Advising on consent management, forms, events, and campaign automation
*

Collaborating with architects and technical teams to ensure data is fit for activation
*

Running client workshops and acting as a trusted advisor throughout delivery
*

Supporting a strong pipeline of concurrent projects across multiple industries

About You

This role suits a confident, client-facing consultant who enjoys variety and responsibility.

You may come from a Marketing, CRM, or Customer Insights background and bring:

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing and or Customer Insights
*

Exposure to Real Time Marketing and modern journey design
*

Some experience working with the Power Platform and Dataverse (deep expertise not required)
*

Experience delivering in a consulting or agency environment
*

Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
*

Ambition to progress into a lead or leadership role over time
