What you'll do:

Lead technical design and development for D365 Business Central implementations
*

Work closely with functional consultants and clients to deliver tailored solutions
*

Customise and extend Business Central using AL, APIs, and integration tools
*

Assist in performance tuning, system upgrades, and deployment activities
*

Provide technical mentorship and contribute to best practice frameworks

What we're looking for:

*

Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
*

Strong AL development skills and a good grasp of C/AL (for legacy systems)
*

Experience with integrations using web services, APIs, or middleware
*

Comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
*

A proactive mindset with a strong focus on clean, scalable solutions

Desirable:

Previous Partner/ISV experience
*

Knowledge of Power Platform or Azure services
*

Exposure to LS Retail or industry-specific add-ons
