Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic vision and execution of generative AI solutions tailored for financial services clients.

Identify and develop innovative AI-driven offerings that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions leveraging technologies such as GPT-4, Transformers, LLMs, DALL·E, Diffusion Models, and Deep Reinforcement Learning.

Ensure AI solutions comply with financial regulations, ethical standards, and privacy laws.

Develop market propositions and establish thought leadership within the financial services AI space.
*

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing generative AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Engage with clients to understand business challenges, translate them into AI-driven solutions, and build trusted long-term relationships.

Establish performance metrics and continuously optimize AI solutions based on client feedback, data, and emerging trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

Proven experience leading AI initiatives in banking, capital markets, or insurance.

Expertise in generative AI technologies, including GPT-4, LLMs, Transformers, BERT, GANs, and related frameworks.

Strong understanding of financial services use cases such as algorithmic trading, risk management, fraud detection, compliance, and customer personalization.

Experience with AI model development, data pipelines, cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
