Insights Manager - Watford - £50,000

I am working with a leader within the field marketing sector who are looking for an Insights Manager to join the organisation. In this role, you will be tasks with the implementation of Power BI across the organisation as well as ensuring the delivery of key insights to various clients.

You will also be responsible for the line management of a small team of junior analysts and will be the subject matter expert for Power BI across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as directly with 3rd party clients to ensure that all of their reports needs can be delivered.

The organisation are continuing to invest in technology and data in particular and you will have the opportunity have a huge impact on the success of the business.

This is a salaried role paying up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience and a company benefits package. The role is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days working out of the organisation's office in Watford working closely with the rest of the data team.

To be successful in the role you will have

* Strong knowledge of Power BI development and data visualisation
* Strong experience in data analysis
* Stakeholder management experience
* Previously line management experience
* Excellent communication skills
