    Job Title: CRM Technical/Solution Architect

    Position Overview:

    The CRM Technical/Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, to lead the architecture, integration, and customization of CRM systems. The architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve sales and marketing effectiveness, and streamline business processes.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Solution Design & Architecture:

    * Design end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
    * Lead the architecture of CRM systems, including data models, integrations, and customizations.
    * Ensure that CRM solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

    Technical Leadership:

    * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and CRM administrators.
    * Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices within the CRM environment.
    * Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    Integration & Data Management:

    * Design and implement integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation).
    * Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
    * Implement data governance policies and practices to maintain data quality and compliance.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    * Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    * Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

    Continuous Improvement:

    * Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
    * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the CRM environment.
    * Lead the evaluation and implementation of new CRM features, tools, and technologies.

    Compliance & Documentation:

    * Ensure that CRM solutions comply with industry regulations, security standards, and company policies.
    * Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM architecture, configurations, and customizations.
    * Provide training and support to end-users and CRM administrators as needed.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * 4-6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM - Sales.
    * Experience in designing, coding, implementing, and integrating CRM Sales solutions.
    * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    * Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, are a plus.

With around 200 employees, we're looking for an experienced Business Central Solutions Architect to lead our software department, working closely with the Director of IT, who oversees hardware and security. As a key leader in our organization, you will help drive our ERP strategy, organizational structure, and system integration.

    What You'll Do:

    * Oversee Software Department: Lead the software team, including a Data Engineer and BC Analyst, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
    * ERP Strategy & Expertise: Architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions tailored to our business needs, focusing on user interface, data integration, and transactions.
    * Consultancy Engagement: Handle relationships with external consultancies where necessary, but manage most ERP development in-house, as we do not have or plan to engage a Microsoft Partner.
    * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including our finance SME, to align ERP strategies with broader company goals.
    * EDI & Data Integration: Ensure smooth data flow across systems, focusing on EDI, ERP, and overseeing data architecture and engineering.
    * System Development & Team Growth: Develop and integrate internal systems, while also fostering growth within your team, guiding them toward higher performance and innovation.
    * Manufacturing Focus: Leverage your expertise, ideally in a manufacturing background, to enhance ERP functionalities and business process improvements.

    What We're Looking For:

    * Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Central or Dynamics NAV architecture and implementation, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
    * Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP systems, EDI processes, data architecture, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development.

    * Relationship Management:

    * IT Manco:

    * Work closely with the CIO in taking solutions/designs and the team forward

    You will need to have:

    * Participated in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting and support of all systems build on .Net technology
    * Performed code reviews of the team and identify errors and provide feedback to relevant parties
    * Integrated with diverse source systems (including but not limited to: In-House, Vendor-based, On-prem and Cloud-based solutions, and Office 365)
    * Contributed to business continuity documentation
    * Have a solid understanding of Azure and Cloud.
