    Job Description

    We are seeking for Technical Cloud Architects for our client, who are an Global Award Winning Digital Partner with a presence in over 50 countries. Over the last decades they have provided secure solutions across the globe for their clients of various industries and made a strong holding to the information space. Further, they are committed to work towards a sustainable future, and

    Currently they are building a Cloud Competence Center in the Netherlands, and we are seeking for ambitious Technical Cloud Architects to their midst. This position provides you with autonomy, flexibility and of course enough challenges to learn and develop your professional as well your personal skills. Your tasks will include:

    * leading the creation of technology frameworks and providing technical leadership in internal and customer initiatives with a focus on the design of cloud-based services across the stack including Microservices, Containers, Container Platforms and DevOps
    * engage with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements and help the customer's design & implement new methodologies and IT service frameworks
    * work with customers throughout the whole modernization journey, providing support to transform and evolve their application portfolios via native cloud development from strategy, to implementation to operations
    * transforming legacy applications using modern secure software development methods to create the right environment to rapidly launch new services to customers

    Qualifications:

    * Prior work experience in a similar consulting/architecture position within software & services company
    * Experience with one or more Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google) and on-premises environments
    * Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
    * Experience of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts & ensuring follow-up

    I am working with a growing investment management company in London who are looking for a Senior Data Architect to work alongside the Head of Architecture to help architect and design how business systems and applications integrate with each other. You will also work closely with Engineering and BI teams.

    This is an opportunity to put your fingerprint on the entire technology landscape for years to come as they move into using the Azure Data Platform.

    You will need experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Governance and Integration of various applications in Azure.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Lead the entire cloud digital transformation.
    * Responsible for all cloud infrastructure from design to delivery.
    * Opportunity to manage team of architects as the organisation grows.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * MS Azure PaaS and Iaas technologies (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, ML, IOT) as well as an understanding of other cloud platforms.
    * Experience architecting large scale cloud solutions from data warehousing and data governance
    * Leadership experience would be beneficial.
