    Nigel Frank are supporting a well-established client, assisting their search for a dynamic and experienced D365FO Finance Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced D365FO solutions with a key focus across Finance modules. This is a strategic leadership role that blends solution architecture, business process optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.

    Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates will have experience within Manufacturing projects, as the role requires knowledge across Manufacturing Costing module.

    As a key member of their digital transformation journey, you will play a central role in optimising finance and operational work flows, advising senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the D365FO platform.

    The role offers a hybrid working model, with a weekly presence in their HQ in London. Candidates must be in commuting distance to London.

    Roles and Responsibilities



    * Lead the design and deployment of tailored D365FO solutions in core finance areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory Costing, and Project Accounting.
    * Conduct fit-gap analyses to determine the best use of standard functionality versus custom development.
    * Minimise customisation by promoting out-of-the-box capabilities and standard work flows.
    * Ensure smooth integration between D365FO and other enterprise systems, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
    * Partner with stakeholders across finance and procurement to assess and streamline key business processes.



    Skills and Qualifications



    * Extensive experience with D365FO, particularly in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
    * Deep understanding of finance operations and corporate finance functions.
    * Proven expertise in inter-company trade, project accounting, and inventory costing within D365FO.
    * Strong knowledge of business operations across procurement, production, and inventory management.

    My client have recently gone live on D365FO across a large percentage of their global entities, and require a knowledgeable and enthusiastic System Analyst to act as the bridge between the Finance and IT teams. The role will work collaboratively with development teams and the business, looking proactively to do improvements on the system and ensure it runs as efficiently as possible, as well as get involved in implementation projects.

    The role involves a mixture of responsibilities including business analysis and change, offering a great platform to unlock your full potential and learn a diverse skill set across the D365FO system.

    The role requires an on site expectation of x3 days a week on site, which can be negotiated down to x2.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

    * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
