    Nigel Frank are working with an established organisation operating technology-driven environment, to assist their search for a skilled D365FO Business Analyst, This role will play a pivotal role to support and enhance enterprise systems across multiple business functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance.

    This role offers a mix of strategic insight and hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.

    Candidate must be based in the UK and have full RTW in the UK.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to define, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements.
    * Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system improvements.
    * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
    * Analyse operational data to support decision-making and identify trends.
    * Lead end-to-end project activities including documentation, testing, and implementation.
    * Support database and data model design to meet evolving business needs.
    * Provide advanced support for enterprise applications and resolve escalated issues.

    Skills and Qualifications

    * Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
    * Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles.
    * At least 3 years' experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably custom-built.
    * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM is highly advantageous.
    * Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
