    Key Responsibilities

    Skills and Experience
    * Experience working with SMEs and end‑users to gather, refine, and articulate product requirements.
    * Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and synthesising insights.
    * Ability to communicate product and design needs within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
    * Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information.

    Interpersonal Skills
    * Able to work across multiple workstreams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
    * Confident in identifying overlaps or gaps across portfolios.
    * Passionate about digital transformation and effective business change.

    Technical Expertise
    * Experience delivering business change within major transformation programmes.

    This is a key role within our clients Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing analytical and strategic support to drive informed decision-making and enhance business performance.
