    My client, a MNC in-house company with more than 50 years history and 300+ offices around the world, they are looking for an IT Business Analyst with good Logistics industry knowledge (shipping business) to join their regional IT team. This is a fantastic chance to work with people from different nationality / culture with opportunities for career development.

    Responsibilities:

    * Oversee the design and implementation process, work with IT functional teams for system implementation matters and sustainable customization works
    * Assist IT Manager to manage the Supply Chain System projects (WMS / CargoWise one / Cloud -Service Now) implementation, monitor and review vendor performance.
    * Responsible for business requirements research, collection, analysis, integration and documentation
    * Liaise with both key internal and external stakeholders, assist to propose latest store solutions to the management to improve the whole applications
    * Post-implementation support of business applications.
    * Tackle ad-hoc issues and requests within the team and seek for solution;

    Requirements:

    * Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
    * Good knowledge of Supply Chain Solution systems, (like CargoWise One), familiar with process of SDLC.
    * Acquisitive, capable and willing to adopt new technologies
    * Able to communicate effectively with different levels of users and parties.
    * Self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, good team player and problem solving skill.
    * Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

    We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power BI. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical partners to analyse requirements, design solutions, and deliver data-driven insights that support business operations and decision-making.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into system and technical specifications
    * Configure, support, and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
    * Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery
    * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and management reporting
    * Perform data modelling, data transformation, and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful insights
    * Support system integrations between D365 F&O and other internal or external applications
    * Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
    * Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing application support
    * Prepare system documentation, user guides, and conduct user training where required
    * Ensure system solutions align with security, compliance, and best practice standards



    Requirements

    * Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst / Analyst Programmer or similar role
    * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
    * Solid experience in Power BI (report development, data modelling, DAX)
    * Experience working with SQL, data extraction, and integration tools
    * Ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system solutions
    * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    * Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT teams
    * Good communication skills, good in English and Cantonese.

    We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a hybrid functional role, working closely with developers, architects and finance/operations stakeholders to design, document and deliver high-quality D365FO solutions.

    You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the business and technical teams, shaping requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring D365FO implementations deliver real business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex transformation programmes within a collaborative, high-performing environment.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Requirements & Process Analysis: Lead discovery workshops to capture, analyse and document business requirements, current-state and future-state processes

    * Solution Design Support: Translate business requirements into functional and low-level solution designs aligned to D365FO best practice

    * Functional Ownership: Act as functional SME across D365FO modules (Finance and/or Supply Chain depending on background)

    * Hybrid Delivery: Work closely with developers on configurations, extensions and integration's, supporting functional design decisions

    * Integration & Data: Support integration and data migration design using DMF, Dataverse, Dual Write and Power Platform

    Skills and Experience

    * Modules: Experience across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain modules

    * End-to-End Projects: Proven involvement in full life-cycle D365FO implementations

    * Functional Design: Ability to produce clear functional and solution design documentation

    * Technical Awareness: Comfortable working alongside developers; exposure to X++, integration's, and Azure DevOps is beneficial

    * Testing: Strong experience with functional testing, UAT and defect management

    * Power Platform: Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate or reporting tools is advantageous

    * Delivery Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery environments

    We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Finance Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with end users, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and ensuring smooth financial and operational processes across the business.

    Key Responsibilities
