    Your New Role Will Involve:

    * Monitor data flows, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner, and liaison with the business to troubleshoot errors with appropriate business users.
    * Support the IT Director in troubleshooting and support inquiries for the organization's Dynamics NAV 2018 ERP
    * Analyze and provide EDI requirements, acting as a liaison between end users and the VAR's development team
    * Configure and manage new EDI trading partners and maps
    * Provide documentation of projects and processes
    * Define and execute test plans to successfully integrate files.
    * Test and document new partner set ups to ensure successful go-lives.
    * Provide project statuses and contribute during team meetings as well as meetings with clients.
    * Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for EDI solutions.

    * Provide training and support to clients' end-users.

    Qualifications:

    * 3+ years of experience with EDI integrations, especially with True Commerce or SPS Commerce
    * Experience with Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred
