    About the role:

    As a developer on our team, you'll take an active role in crafting and evolving digital solutions using Optimizely. You'll collaborate within a cross-functional team to build high-quality, accessible, and secure platforms for a variety of forward-thinking organizations.



    Your day-to-day will involve working closely with clients, project managers, and UX designers, from initial discovery and architecture to hands-on development and long-term improvements. We follow agile methodologies and place a strong emphasis on clean code, open collaboration, and ongoing learning.



    Around 80% of their clients are in the public sector, such as municipalities and government agencies. They work with authentic and mission-driven organizations.



    **If you do not have Optimizely experience, however, are proficient within .NET, then you will still be considered for this role**

    * Around 7 + years of experience working with Optimizely CMS, its broader suite of tools, and the .NET ecosystem
    * Solid knowledge of C# and experience integrating with external APIs and systems
    * Frontend skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ideally with frameworks like React or Next.js
    * A mindset where accessibility and security are considered fundamental, not optional
    * An interest in guiding technical direction and supporting the growth of less experienced developers
    * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Optimizely DXP or Microsoft Azure
