    I'm currently working with a globally recognised client in the automotive industry. They are putting a huge focus on BI & Data and are going through a really exciting company wide transformation to help them truly leverage the value in their data and improve the customer experience they are providing, making this an excellent time to get involved!



    The role itself is a BI & Analytics Engineering Manager position to lead a team of 8. You will be working on end-to-end development projects including data warehousing, database development and reporting. You will be responsible for coaching and leading a cross-functional team, act as a role model in demonstrating data leadership, agile principles and engineering excellence.



    This is a permanent position with a salary of up to £80,000. This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in their offices based in Surrey. Additional benefits include a generous holiday allowance, contributory pension scheme, training programmes plus much more.



    I am looking for the following experience…

    (Not necessarily all but a good mixture)

    * Extensive experience leading a BI or Analytics focused team
    * Strong experience creating data pipelines utilising SSIS or Azure Data Factory

Candidates may find themselves involved in maintenance, creating add-ons, or possibly migrating to a new, modern .NET stack.

    Skills & Qualifications:
