Role Overview:

* Collaborating with project teams to grasp client requirements and business workflows.
* Crafting robust Power Platform solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards.
* Building and configuring Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents for customized solutions.
* Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Cloud services and third-party systems.
* Providing expert guidance and support throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.



Required experience:

* Fluency in Finnish language.
* 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Consultant, Developer, or Architect.
* Proficiency in developing Power Apps, Chatbots, and Power Automate.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Azure) are advantageous.

There is a focus on SharePoint, with migration projects expected upon joining. If you enjoy working in a challenging environment, do well at creating exciting solutions and want to work with others across offices in other countries, this role is for you!

This Microsoft 365 Specialist will be expected to optimise key functional areas including:

* Microsoft Azure and other cloud services
* SharePoint / SharePoint Online solutions
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* AD Group Policies
* Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

The experience needed for this role is as follows:

* Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, specialising in SharePoint
* Demonstrable experience planning and executing SharePoint Migrations
* Communication skills to liaise with Senior Management and Stakeholders
* Previous experience working within a global organisation

This is a predominantly remote position, but you'll be expected to travel into their Bucharest office at least once a week.
