    Dynamics 365 System Administrator -
    Location(s) - London, Manchester, Birmingham and more (Hybrid - 3 days a week).

    Our client is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 System Administrator to join their company in a really exciting period of growth and to work on an a major upcoming digital transformation.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    System Configuration and Maintenance

    * Manage and configure Dynamics 365 CE environments, including sandbox and production instances.

    * Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.

    * Implement updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring system stability and data integrity.

    User Management and Support:

    * Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions to maintain security and compliance.

    * Provide day-to-day support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when necessary.

    * Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to promote self-service and adoption

    Integration and Data Management:

    * Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, BI tools, etc.).

    * Manage data import/export processes, data cleansing

    * Ensure data security, compliance, and governance policies are enforced.

    Customisation and Development Liaison:

    * Work with developers to manage custom plugins, workflows, and API integrations.

    * Review and test customisation to ensure quality and system performance.

    * Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions or apps from Microsoft AppSource.

    Monitoring and Reporting:

    * Monitor system performance, usage, and errors using available tools and analytics.

    * Generate and distribute system health reports and usage metrics to leadership.

    * Continuously assess and optimise system configurations to improve user experience and business outcomes.

    Governance and Compliance:

    * Enforce organisational policies on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance within the D365 environment.

    * Manage audit logs, security settings, and user activity monitoring.

    * Participate in internal and external audits related to CRM systems.

    Skills and Experience

    *

    Proven experience (3+ years) administering Dynamics 365 CE / CRM in large enterprise environments.
    *

    Strong knowledge of D365 CE architecture, configuration, security model, and customisation tools.
    *

    Proficiency in Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is highly desirable.
    *

    Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, SSIS, KingswaySoft).
    *

    Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 integration.

    We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to play a key role in a high-impact Finance ERP system implementation of D365FO.

    This role offers a rare opportunity to lead the finance reporting work-stream of a major transformation project. You'll work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to drive best-in-class reporting practices using Power BI and D365 native tools.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Reporting Leadership: Own the reporting work-stream, delivering a suite of 50+ finance reports in collaboration with their strategic partner.
    * System Testing: Participate in system testing and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate, robust reporting outputs.
    * Financial Reporting: Use Power BI and D365FO native tools to design, develop, and enhance reporting to support business decision-making.
    * Data Migration: Assist with accurate migration of financial data to D365FO.
    * Change Enablement: Support change management and user adoption by developing user guides and delivering finance training.
    * Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive process documentation and ensure all reports reconcile to the finance system.
    * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and project management teams to ensure successful implementation.



    Skills and Experience

    * ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with D365FO and a good understanding of finance systems.
    * BI Tools: 3+ years of experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
    * Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
    * CRM Systems: Experience working with large-scale ERP migrations.
    * Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    * Testing & Analysis: Familiarity with system testing, UAT, and tools like Azure DevOps.
    * Project Exposure: Experience in a project environment, ideally with exposure to fixed deadlines and enterprise-level delivery.

They are seeking an enthusiastic ERP support analyst, with skills in manufacturing business process, to get involved in supporting the day to day maintenance and optimisation of the system - as well as concurrently process improvement projects over the coming years.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Day to day support of my clients Microsoft Dynamics/ ERP systems (1st/ 2nd line)
    * Install & testing of new system advancements
    * Reporting utilising Power BI
    * User training and go-live support
    * Analysis/ requirement gathering for process improvements

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Proven experience in ERP or CRM systems support analysis (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV)
    * Strong end to end support skill set - able to analyse, troubleshoot support issues to resolution
    * Experience across functional project life cycle tasks (eg analysis, config, testing, training)
    * Reporting/ Power BI skills - preferable, not essential
    * Understanding of manufacturing/ supply chain processes - highly preferable
