A growing and dynamic Software Consultancy is seeking a personable, driven Account Manager to join their Newcastle Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in nurturing and expanding client relationships within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a client-facing Account Management (or similar) role within the SaaS or Software Development space, who is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Developing tailored account strategies and staying closely aligned with client needs and challenges.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and value-added propositions.
