    We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-focused Database Administrator (DBA) with deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data warehouses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and ADP Payroll, and will play a critical role in our organization's journey toward a data-driven future.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Design & Develop robust and scalable data warehouse architectures to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs.
    * Administer and tune database systems (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other platforms) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
    * Integrate disparate data sources (Business Central, Salesforce, ADP, etc.) into a centralized warehouse using ETL/ELT best practices.
    * Develop ETL pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.
    * Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security protocols across all systems.
    * Support business users and data analysts with optimized queries, views, and datasets for reporting.

    Required Qualifications:
    * 5+ years of experience in database administration and data warehouse development.

    * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
