    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced GP to BC Implementation Specialist to lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, data migration, process re-engineering, and end-user training. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the modern Business Central environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead the end-to-end migration process from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    Conduct system analysis and mapping between GP data structures and BC entities.

    Develop and execute data migration strategies, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

    Configure and customize Business Central modules to meet business requirements.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.

    3-5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (GP, NAV, or BC).

    Proven track record in GP to BC migration or similar ERP modernization projects.
    *

    Strong understanding of accounting principles and business workflows.

    Experience with data migration tools (e.g., SmartConnect, RapidStart, Jet Reports, or similar).

    Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) preferred.

    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft Business Central ERP
