IT Support Analyst
Doncaster, (Onsite)
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their growing, global business, providing the opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key part in maintaining critical systems, supporting users across various sites and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative IT team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware.
* Manage user accounts, permissions and security controls while maintaining accurate documentation and support records.
* Support infrastructure, mobile devices and multi-site networking, including assisting with system upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
* Deliver user training, create support materials and provide guidance on new technologies and ERP functionality (including Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Skills & Experience
* Hands-on experience in a customer focused IT support role covering 1st/2nd line responsibilities
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking principles.
* Ability to troubleshoot effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, contribute to continuous improvement, support ERP systems such as Business Central.
