    Description du poste

    The role

A Nigel Frank client is consolidating multiple acquired businesses onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. They're hiring a Manufacturing Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of manufacturing capability across a complex, multi-ERP landscape as those entities move onto D365.

This is a hands-on architecture seat, strategy and execution both. You'll work closely with the ERP, integration, and data teams, and with shop-floor systems on the manufacturing side.

    Where you'll spend your time

    * Designing end-to-end manufacturing in D365: Plan to Produce (MPS/MRP), production control, shop-floor execution, and inventory and warehouse integration.
    * Building solutions that scale across multiple sites and entities, and turning business requirements into functional specs and architecture artifacts.
    * Defining where system-of-record boundaries sit between the ERP and shop-floor systems, and designing the production order, inventory, quality, and traceability flows that cross them.
    * Driving process standardization as acquired entities come off their legacy ERPs, and pushing toward out-of-the-box D365 over heavy customization.
    * Acting as functional lead on the implementations: guiding configuration, running design workshops and fit/gap, and overseeing functional testing.
    * Partnering with the system integrators and internal teams to keep delivery quality high, and advising operations, supply chain, quality, and finance on what's possible in the platform.

    What's needed

    * 8+ years in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership.
    * Deep D365 F&O manufacturing expertise: Production Control, Master Planning (MRP/MPS), and Inventory Management.
    * A real manufacturing background and a solid grasp of discrete and/or process manufacturing, supply chain and inventory flows, and shop-floor execution.
    * Experience integrating ERP with shop-floor or production systems.
    * Multi-entity, global ERP implementation experience.

    Helpful, not essential

    * ERP consolidation or post-acquisition integration.
    * Azure integration patterns (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs).
    * Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) for manufacturing reporting.
    * Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.

    • Seniority: Mid-level

    Description du poste

    The role

We're working with a client who is consolidating a fragmented Dynamics implementation onto D365 Finance & Operations. They're hiring a Finance & Accounting Systems Analyst to join the transformation team and bring structure to the financial processes as the program moves toward a single platform.

    Where you'll spend your time

    * Running requirements workshops with Finance, Accounting, and IT, and turning the output into process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
    * Working across the core financial cycles, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, fixed assets, and project accounting, and defining how each behaves during the transition.
    * Mapping which system owns what, and documenting the financial data, intercompany, and cost-accounting flows that move between platforms.
    * Supporting fit/gap work with the architects and translating requirements into functional designs that hold for both the current and target states.
    * Contributing to data migration: chart of accounts alignment, master data standardization, and historical data decisions.
    * Building and running cross-system UAT, validating reconciliation and financial integrity, and supporting cutover.
    * Helping Finance teams adopt the standardized processes as entities come onto the new platform.

    What's needed

    * 5+ years as a BA in finance, accounting, or ERP delivery.
    * Strong grounding in the financial close, reporting, P2P, and fixed assets.
    * More than one ERP in your history (D365, AX or comparable platform).
    * Real experience on ERP transformations or migrations, ideally post-acquisition consolidation.
    * Comfort documenting processes that span multiple systems.

    Helpful, not essential

    * Manufacturing cost and inventory accounting.
    * Azure DevOps and Power BI.
    * Multi-entity / global program exposure.
