    We're looking for a CRM Application Support Specialist to join our technology team on a fixed‑term basis. This is a hands‑on technical role responsible for supporting our CRM platform, managing role‑based security, overseeing environment management, and ensuring secure and efficient deployment pipelines.
    You'll play a key part in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our CRM systems and their integrations across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production). Working closely with our implementation partner, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure a reliable and compliant CRM ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities
    * Provide technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365)
    * Manage and maintain CRM environments, configurations, and deployments
    * Support CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations, including pre‑ and post‑deployment tasks, release notes, and solution management
    * Ensure strong security practices across environments, including role‑based access, data protection, and patch management
    * Monitor application performance and proactively resolve incidents and issues
    * Collaborate with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated deployments
    * Maintain documentation for environment setup, deployment processes, and security configurations
    * Support release management, version control, and testing activities

    About You
    * Significant experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
    * Strong understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls
    * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
    * Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles
    * Skilled in troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues
    * Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.)
    * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
