FP&A Analyst - D365 Business Central - New York - $135k

Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will be reporting to the VP Finance with responsibility for design, development and deployment of their financial systems and financial reporting, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, Power BI, and other related financial platforms, reports and analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams and will interact with internal stakeholders to deliver project-specific deliverables aligned with pre-defined milestones and timelines, and with business unit heads to develop and implement key performance and financial reports using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, accounting, reporting with demonstrable experience working with sophisticated ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:

* Financial Systems Management:Oversee the design, development, and deployment of financial systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, Power BI, and other related platforms.
* Reporting and Analysis:Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver project-specific deliverables aligned with pre-defined milestones and timelines. Develop and implement key performance and financial reports using Power BI.
* Process Improvement:Work with the corporate accounting team to improve, automate, and simplify current accounting processes while expanding reporting capabilities across business units, projects, and other dimensions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:Interact with internal and external stakeholders to map, improve, and automate business and manufacturing processes.
* Intra-Company Processes:Oversee key intra-company processes and automation between over a dozen internal and external customers and platforms.
* Budget Development:Work with the financial planning team and business unit leaders in the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
* Transaction Workflows:Assist with the development and design of end-to-end transaction workflows.
* Audit and Compliance:Support and coordinate relevant elements of internal audit, risk management, and compliance programs.
* Platform Understanding:Develop a deep understanding of the platform, supply chain, and cost structure to help develop processes to meet business requirements.
* ERP Implementation:Collaborate with finance, operations, and product development teams to oversee the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP implementation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
* CPA or CMA qualification preferred, not required
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management accounting role with a strong knowledge of project and product costing preferred.
* Excellent understanding of internal controls and documentation/implementation of such.
* Proficiency working in an ERP environment, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central; experience with ERP system implementation preferred.
* Advanced experience in Power BI, Power BI Desktop.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Deadline and detail-oriented.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to seek resources as needed.
* Ability to drive process improvement; work in a fast-paced environment; adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

My client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Trainer to lead training and functional support initiatives across new and exisitng locations. This role will focus on ensuring that sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams are fully trained and supported in utilizing Dynamics CRM and Field Service applications. In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will assist with testing new system features before they are deployed to the user community. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remote and on-site.

Senior Infrastructure (DevOps) Engineer - Fully Remote in SA



A fast-paced, technically complex End-User in the Telecomms industry is looking for a Senior Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join their lean, high-impact team. The environment is a hybrid of on-prem and cloud, and they're at a critical stage of evolving toward more standardised DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.



You'll play a key role in shaping how infrastructure is run, automated, secured and scaled. This isn't a dev-heavy role - it's designed for someone from a strong Linux systems background who's made the transition into modern DevOps tooling and cloud platforms.



What you'll be working with:



* Linux: Deep system-level experience is essential.
* Cloud: Can come from an AWS, Azure or GCP background.
* Kubernetes experience is essential.
* Docker: Mixed usage across teams - expect non-standardised setups.
* Terraform: A big plus - you'll help drive this across the environment.
* DNS/IP Tables: Strong grasp of the basics; DNS knowledge especially important.
* Scripting: Bash required, Python nice-to-have.
* Monitoring/Alerting: No tool specified - just the know-how to keep production stable.



What they're looking for:



* Someone from a CI/OS or Infrastructure background or a Developer background that is comfortable with on-prem
