About the Role:

You will sit within the central data team responsible for the bank‑wide data store used for all trade capture across the Investment Bank. The role provides the opportunity to play a key role in the design/ roll out of my clients CRM roadmap - hands on in D365 system improvement and optimisation, alongside a great team.

My client operates a hybrid working model between home and 1-2 days a week in Central London based offices - project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will involve driving the delivery/ continuous improvement of my clients business critical D365 environment road map - with a range of interesting projects planned for 2026 and beyond.

* Spearheading process improvement for the companies Dynamics 365 system
* Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects
* Coordinating new releases/ enhancements of Dynamics 365 CE across numerous sites
* Working closely with stakeholders/ third party providers on project milestones
* Leading a small cross functional team on project prioritisation and successful delivery

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven track record in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM system implementation and improvement
* Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 core functionality
