Power Platform Functional Consultant - Hybrid - c£65K

We're supporting a public sector organisation in the search for a Power Platform Functional Consultant to bridge business needs with technical solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.



This role is focused on requirements gathering, functional design, and solution ownership, working closely with architects and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive real business value. You'll play a key role in large transformation programmes as well as continuous improvement initiatives, setting standards and assuring quality across functional designs.



Role Responsibilities

* Leading requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for automation
* Translating business requirements into high- and low-level functional designs
* Designing solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
* Acting as the functional liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
* Providing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 functional expertise across the full project lifecycle, including UAT and go-live



Skills & Experience Required

* Strong functional experience across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
* Experience working with Dataverse, including environments, security roles, and data models
* Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service
* Good understanding of Dataverse plugins and Azure components
* Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments

Data Quality Analyst

A global organisation undergoing significant digital and data transformation is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join its growing data function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across enterprise reporting and analytics.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to identify data quality risks early, diagnose issues at source, and embed strong governance and quality practices across data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business stakeholders to identify and document data quality risks and requirements
* Perform hands-on data discovery, profiling, and validation at source
* Analyse root causes of data quality issues and support remediation
* Validate source-to-target mappings, transformations, and migration scripts
* Conduct reconciliation and post-migration quality checks
* Translate business needs into measurable data quality rules and tests
* Work with engineering teams to embed quality checks into pipelines
* Support data governance standards, policies, and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in data quality, data analysis, or data governance roles
* Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
* Experience working with modern data platforms
* Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and quality validation

We're partnering with a leading consultancy seeking a Senior Manager to join its Investment Management & Wealth Technology & Transformation practice, specialising in AI and Data Architecture.

This is a senior client-facing role focused on helping investment and wealth organisations modernise their data capabilities, design enterprise-scale architectures, and deliver complex transformation programmes across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data strategies and AI-enabled transformation programmes
* Define scalable data architecture principles, target-state operating models, and solution road maps
* Drive improvements across data governance, data quality, master data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities
* Lead client workshops and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
* Support the development of proposals, RFP responses, business cases, and go-to-market initiatives
* Manage and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams across large-scale delivery programmes

Requirements

* Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Bloomberg, MSCI, Refinitiv, Charles River, or similar ecosystems
* Proven ability to lead complex transformation engagements and manage senior stakeholder relationships
* Strong consulting, programme delivery, and people leadership experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

* Experience designing AI-enabled data products and platforms
* Certifications across cloud, data, or AI technologies
* Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies

Job Description

I'm actively representing a fantastic nationwide organisation who are seeking to add an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Specialist/ Product Owner to their team; as part of an innovative digital transformation programme set for the coming years.

The role provides the opportunity to play a key role in the design/ roll out of my clients CRM roadmap - hands on in D365 system improvement and optimisation, alongside a great team.

My client operates a hybrid working model between home and 1-2 days a week in Central London based offices - project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities

The role will involve driving the delivery/ continuous improvement of my clients business critical D365 environment road map - with a range of interesting projects planned for 2026 and beyond.

* Spearheading process improvement for the companies Dynamics 365 system
* Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects
* Coordinating new releases/ enhancements of Dynamics 365 CE across numerous sites
* Working closely with stakeholders/ third party providers on project milestones
* Leading a small cross functional team on project prioritisation and successful delivery

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven track record in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM system implementation and improvement
* Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 core functionality
* End to end project lifecycle skills - analysing requirements through to testing, training and go-live
* Skills in Power Platform (preferable, not essential)
* AGILE methodology competency
* Strong stakeholder/ third party engagement skills
