    Overview

    We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a fast growing MSP / Consultancy to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for a wide range of customers across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within a consultancy environment, working across cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies.

    You'll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major)
    * Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers
    * Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input
    * Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams
    * Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met
    * Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional)

    Required Experience

    * 3+ years' experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
    * Proven delivery of cloud projects including:

    * Microsoft 365 migrations
    * Azure deployments
    * SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams

    * Strong customer-facing and communication skills
    * Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities

    Nigel Frank are supporting the search for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead and support Payroll and Absence modules for UK public sector clients.



    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Oracle professional with deep expertise in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, and hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence (EBS).



    The successful candidate will play a key role in both implementation and support, guiding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You'll act as a trusted advisor - translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and deliver Oracle EBS HCM projects with a focus on UK Payroll and Absence modules.
    * Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within agreed SLAs.
    * Engage in client discussions around integration's, data migrations, and reporting.

    * Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence EBS in UK public sector environments.
