Job Title: SharePoint Consultant
Location: Remote (US Based - EST Hours)
Length: 3+ Months
Hours: Part-Time - 10-15 hours per week

Overview:
A Microsoft 365-focused consulting firm is seeking a SharePoint Consultant to support client-facing projects involving SharePoint migrations, site architecture, and workflow automation. This role requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support SharePoint migrations, ideally using ShareGate
* Work with both classic and modern SharePoint sites
* Configure and optimize SharePoint Online environments; experience with On-Premises is a plus
* Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions
* Develop governance documentation and implement best practices
* Build and automate workflows using Power Platform or Nintex
* Provide timely updates and maintain clear, professional communication

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years of hands-on SharePoint experience (Online and/or On-Prem)
* Experience with ShareGate or other migration tools
* Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and site design
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with clients and managing expectations
* Reliable and responsive with a strong sense of accountability
