The Opportunity

The Enterprise Applications Manager will be the go-to leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on making sure the ERP system actually works for the business-supporting operations, manufacturing, and finance with simple, effective, and scalable processes.

Rather than maintaining the status quo, this role is about improving how the business uses Business Central, reducing manual work, and helping teams get better visibility into their data as the company modernizes its systems.

What You'll Do (Simply Put)

* Own and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a manufacturing organization
* Make sure Business Central supports core workflows across manufacturing, inventory, production, and finance
* Partner with operations and finance to simplify processes, improve data accuracy, and reduce workarounds
* Improve visibility into production, inventory, WIP, and costing using ERP-driven processes
* Support reporting and dashboards that help leaders make better day-to-day decisions
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners on system enhancements and upgrades
* Play a key role in the company's broader digital transformation, including automation and smarter use of data
* Help introduce modern tools (including AI and analytics) where they can drive real business value

Job Title: Controller - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controller with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role will manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and play a key role in optimizing financial processes within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Manage and optimize financial processes within Business Central
*

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting

Support ERP improvements, reporting, and process automation within Business Central

Qualifications:

D365 Business Central Manufacturing Consultant - Remote (USA)

Our client is a top-tier Microsoft Partner that has been in operation since the early 2000s working with clients all across the USA in providing ERP and MSP solutions to manufacturing and logistics focused organizations.

Due to recent demand for Business Central implementations, they are in need of a Senior Functional Consultant with a relevant industry background.

As our client prides itself on the expertise they can provide to their customers, we need someone who can hit the ground running with no on the job training, and can be a valued resource for these ERP rollouts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
* Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of Business Central
* Lead one or more project teams through complex implementations
* Ability to perform discovery/diagnostic phase of the project and creatively design a solution to meet the client's needs
* Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
* Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
* Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central clients
* Demonstration of product to existing and prospective clients

What We're Looking For:

* ERP consultant with proven project delivery record for Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) implementations. Ideally as a consultant but internal experts can also apply.
* Proficient in configuring most of the modules in Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform (formally Dynamics NAV, Navision and also known as Business Central). Intimate knowledge of financials set up and implementation is strongly desired.
* Design and functionally architect financial management with integrated order management, inventory and procurement, and warehouse management solution
* Full life cycle implementations in Distribution & Manufacturing
* Good communication skills and ability to engage with key business users
* Proficient in "Running a Room"
* Deep knowledge of processes and aligned reporting needs
* Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric is a plus, not re
