Digital Business Analyst - Contract

2-3 days in the Warwick Office

Key Responsibilities
Working with Digital and Business Stakeholders
* Identify issues within current business processes.
* Redesign end‑to‑end processes and ways of working.
* Develop digital solutions that reduce friction and improve efficiency.

Working with Business SMEs
* Define user stories, product features, and detailed business logic.
* Build SME relationships and secure buy‑in to support product adoption.

Supporting Product Sprint Teams
* Provide clear requirements for product features.
* Support data gathering and early prototype development.
* Ensure the product continues to deliver value as it evolves.
* Analyse customer and user feedback to inform product improvements.
* Influence product design to maintain value focus.

Skills and Experience
* Experience working with SMEs and end‑users to gather, refine, and articulate product requirements.
* Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and synthesising insights.
* Ability to communicate product and design needs within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information.

Interpersonal Skills
* Able to work across multiple workstreams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Confident in identifying overlaps or gaps across portfolios.
* Passionate about digital transformation and effective business change.

Technical Expertise
* Experience delivering business change within major transformation programmes.
* Familiarity with SAFe, NG Change BMS, and the CDF framework.
* Experience working within agile delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement around programme and project benefits

Data Architect - 6‑Month Rolling Contract
Onsite: Warwick, 2 days per week
Rate: (Inside IR35)

This role requires strong hands‑on capability across modern cloud data tooling, with a particular focus on Azure and Snowflake.

As Senior Data Engineer, you will work across the full Azure data ecosystem, delivering clean, reliable data for analytics and BI while engaging directly with stakeholders across the organisation. This is a customer-facing role.

You will also mentor junior engineers, support planning and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-evolving data team.

I'm supporting a long‑standing client who is looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a large‑scale transformation programme.



Core skillset:

Strong background in cloud‑based data architecture (Azure)

High proficiency with Snowflake

Experience with ADF and modern orchestration tools

Solid exposure to DBT and transformation frameworks

Comfortable coding with Python

Understanding of monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus)

Knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns and best practice



Contract length - 6 months (possibility for extension)

Contract type - inside IR35

Location - Warwick (hybrid 2 days pw onsite requirement)
