    A robust consulting firm is in the market for a skilled Software Engineer to work within an on-prem Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. The on-site SME Software Engineer will provide a gap analysis and will recommend solutions that account for the operational tempo and security constraints of the organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    *Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Platform, manage customization, and maintain documentation.
    *Create advance finds, dashboards, SSRS, and workflows.
    *Customizing CRM by creating HTML/JavaScript web resources.
    *Validation of all user input prior to adding to back-end.
    *Generates architectural diagrams and additional documentation, as necessary.
    *Provide support for SQL server databases.
    *Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience:
    *DoD 8570.01-M to meet IAT Level II compliance are required, if not, ability to retain in 3 weeks.
    *TIL v3 Foundations Certified, if not will have to be certified within 90 days.
    *Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power BI.
    *Knowledge of .NET Frameworks (C#).
    *Advanced knowledge of JavaScript.

We are looking for someone with a development background on the D365 BC plaform, as well as a strong business process capability, to work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams on better leveraeging the software to drive business processes.

    Responsibilities:

    * Configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and components in all functional areas
    * Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support to business training team
    * Analyzing and estimating client modification requests
    * Writing code to extend all functional areas of Business Central
    * Familiarity and ability to work in an agile software development environment
    * Testing functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements
    * Delivering modifications to users
    * Serving as the lead technical expert
    * Developing modifications and creating outputs as defined by standard system design lifecycle

    Requirements:

    * 5 or more years of experience as a software developer working with Dynamics Business Central / NAV, at least 3 of which must be with the AL programming language
