    Nigel Frank are working with an established organisation operating technology-driven environment, to assist their search for a skilled D365FO Business Analyst, This role will play a pivotal role to support and enhance enterprise systems across multiple business functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance.

    This role offers a mix of strategic insight and hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.

    Candidate must be based in the UK and have full RTW in the UK.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to define, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements.
    * Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system improvements.
    * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
    * Analyse operational data to support decision-making and identify trends.
    * Lead end-to-end project activities including documentation, testing, and implementation.
    * Support database and data model design to meet evolving business needs.
    * Provide advanced support for enterprise applications and resolve escalated issues.

    Skills and Qualifications

    * Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
    * Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, project delivery, or related roles.
    * At least 3 years' experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably custom-built.
    * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM is highly advantageous.
    * Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.

    The Role

    Nigel Frank are supported a leading organisation, who are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Application Manager to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on finance systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

    This role is ideal for someone with deep functional knowledge of finance processes, including Project Management and Accounting (PMA) within D365 F&O, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional ERP implementations.

    Candidates must be based in the UK with the full RTW.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Partner with senior stakeholders to align IT initiatives with strategic business goals.
    * Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR domains.
    * Provide hands-on support for finance operations including month-end close, project accounting, and reporting.
    * Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
    * Act as a Business Analyst on major projects, including test planning, execution, and documentation.
    * Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and maintain high-quality training and support materials.
    * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports across ERP, CRM, and BI platforms.
    * Oversee external consultants and internal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
    * Mentor junior analysts and foster continuous improvement across the applications team.

    Required Skills & Experience

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (finance qualifications preferred).
    * Extensive experience in business analysis, IT project management, or enterprise systems.
    * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including PMA module.
    * Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and project-based financial management.
    * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
    * Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
