    SQL DBA - Azure - Fully remote - £55K

    Client in financial services looking to add to their talented database team with a fully remote DBA.

    Although mainly on premise support, the company are making the move into the cloud space which will likely be a large proportion of the role moving forward.

    I'm looking for a DBA with strong experience in SQL Server (up to 2019), Powershell as well as performing back ups, restores, disaster recovery etc.

    A Microsoft Solutions Partner who are experiencing a sustained period of growth, are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team on a remote-basis, with some occasional travel to customer sites when required.

    This organisation help their customers to successfully move to a "Modern Enterprise" environment through the adoption of Microsoft Azure - this may be a migration from on-premises to Azure, or even a brand-new implementation. With the technology they use constantly changing and improving, we're looking for someone who is capable of learning quickly, and who enjoys staying at the forefront of technology.

    Ideally, you will already have some experience working in a consulting or professional services environment, and will enjoy interacting with customers, as this role requires you to be actively involved in all steps of deploying and implementing services to the Azure platform.

    This will include performing daily support tasks through the Azure Portal, automation scripts and service management tools, and using any extra time for ongoing service improvement work. You will be responsible for technical customer interactions, including specific implementation projects and/or Proof of Concepts.

    You will help customers deploy their workloads to Azure and use more of the platform by giving them guidance on how to deploy, helping them develop their own model for adopting cloud, and making suitable suggestions to resolve any issues.

    Requirements:

    * Microsoft Certifications - Azure Administrator AZ-104 or above
