    This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated junior consultant to contribute to a collaborative and innovative Manufacturing company. As part of our client's dedicated ERP team, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing their operations within Dynamics NAV / Business Central. This is a part-time contract and fully remote.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Assist in the day to day support and requirements related to Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
    * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
    * Participate in project planning and execution to meet client needs and deadlines.
    * Maintain documentation of processes and configurations for references.

    Experience:

    * Around 2 - 4+ years experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
    * Expertise working across various modules within Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
    * Requirements gathering, best practices, subject matter expertise, troubleshooting.
    * Manufacturing industry experience.
    * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst

    Location: Lancaster, PA and Rochester, NY

    Department: Information Systems

    Reports to: Head of IT

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt



    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This role will lead process improvements, integrations, and reporting initiatives, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of the business. You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and train users - playing a critical role in optimizing Business Central for manufacturing, finance, sales, and supply chain operations.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Partner with business end-users and IT to identify system challenges and improvement opportunities.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve Business Central process, functionality, data, and integration issues.
    * Document current processes, requirements, and system integrations.
    * Design and implement process enhancements for existing Business Central functionality.
    * Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
    * Develop and execute unit tests to validate accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
    * Provide end-user training on Business Central features and processes.
    * Stay current with new features and capabilities in Business Central, incorporating them into operations.
    * Ensure compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
    * Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    * Experience: Minimum 2 years of Business Central system support and report development ( like we talked about, they are more interested in someone who can improve their processes).
    * Strong understanding of data structures, entities, and models.
    * Knowledge across Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain functions.
    * Preferred:

    * Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and related Microsoft tools.
    * Background in the medical device industry.

    Skills & Abilities

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    * Ability to interpret technical instructions and translate them into user-friendly processes.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and present to various stakeholders.
    * Solid mathematical and statistical capabilities, including working with ratios, percentages, and probability.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    * Primarily office-based with frequent sitting, computer use, and communication.
    * Occasional standing and walking.
    * Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
