Business Central Specialist - Hybrid (Cincinnati, Memphis, or Louisville)

Overview:
A growing manufacturing organization is looking for a Business Central Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance their D365 Business Central environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering with operations and finance teams, and driving continuous improvements across ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the internal SME for Business Central, supporting users across multiple departments
*

Manage configurations, customizations, and system enhancements
*

Collaborate with finance, supply chain, production, and leadership to understand requirements and improve processes
*

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external partners or developers as needed
*

Develop documentation, workflows, and user training materials
*

Support ongoing upgrades, integrations, and new module rollouts
*

Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system best practices

Qualifications:

*

2-5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience also considered)
*

Strong functional understanding across modules such as Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
*

Experience supporting end users in a manufacturing environment preferred
*

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
*

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
