D365 BC Analyst - Clifton, NJ - $110k - Fun Company

What You'll Do

* Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for ERP users across departments-especially in manufacturing, operations, and finance.
* Lead ERP-related projects including system upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations.
* Configure and customize Business Central to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
* Train end-users and create documentation to support adoption and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
* Stay current on Business Central updates and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of ERP experience, with at least 3 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory, supply chain, and finance processes.
* Experience with ERP integrations (WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms) is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and SQL knowledge are a bonus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Proven track record of leading ERP projects and working cross-functionally.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the internal IT team, including ERP, EDI, administration, and technical support staff (U.S. and Mexico).
* Oversee and maintain the company's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O preferred)-including planning, feature scoping, development, testing, implementation, and code moves.
* Provide day-to-day IT support and ensure alignment with business operations across distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing.

A growing organization in Carlstadt, NJ, is looking for an ERP Coordinator to oversee, support, and enhance its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system. This is a full-time, onsite role where you'll serve as the go-to resource for ERP operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the system runs smoothly and continues to evolve with the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Provide day-to-day user support and resolve ERP issues in partnership with IT and vendors.
* Manage system performance, upgrades, and module implementations.
* Configure and customize Business Central to improve workflows and efficiency.
