    A growing Microsoft Consultancy are looking for a number of Data Consultants to join their impressive team. You will work from home, with some element of travel to client sites when required, and to company conferences and events. For this reason, they're able to consider candidates across the UK.

    This role sits within the specialist Data & AI practice within the company - focused on providing cutting-edge data solutions to their varied client base, predominantly on Azure.

    You'll work as part of an Agile team, working on exciting projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering right through to delivering end-user training. As such, you will be someone who enjoys being both technically hands-on as well as using your softer skills to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and build trusting relationships.

    Example projects may involve: designing and implementing robust ETL solutions, designing and implementing data lakes with a medallion design approach, and migrating on-premises data solutions to Azure.

    This role would be really well-suited to a Data Engineer or BI Developer looking to take their first-step into Consultancy, or a Consultant who is ready for the next step in their career - being a Microsoft Partner, they are committed to supporting you through your Microsoft Certifications with a huge emphasis on personal and professional development!

    Requirements:

    * Strong skills in SQL and/or Python
    * Understanding of at least 2 of: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
    * Strong experience with data warehousing - either on-premises or on Azure
    * Some experience or knowledge of the Azure Platform - e.g. Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks
    * Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving things

    Data Analyst - Excel & Power BI

    I'm looking for a data professional with skills in Excel and Power BI to join a family-run business near to Grimsby, to take the lead on effective reporting and analytics across the organisation. You will ideally be office-based, but more hybrid working arrangements are open to discussion depending on your personal circumstances.

    The focus of your role will be maintaining, analysing, and reporting on data related to their various products, suppliers and customers. With all reporting currently being done in Excel, there's a real appetite for someone to help them make the transition to Power BI reporting, and acting as a real champion of this across the business!

    This role would be well-suited to a proactive individual who enjoys speaking with various stakeholders, problem-solving, and seeking out opportunities for improvement. Whilst your initial focus will be working on the delivery of regulatory reports, the long-term view for the role is to use your skills to add value to various business-wide projects.

    Business Intelligence Consultant

    I'm working with a small and growing family-run Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy, who are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with a strong background in Data Warehousing to join their team on a remote basis (with occasional travel to client site and team get-togethers).

    The ideal candidate will come from a strong Business Intelligence Development background, with a track-record of designing and developing data warehousing solutions, and will have a keen interest in Azure technologies - even if you've not worked on Azure before, please still apply!

    You'll work across the entire client project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to solution design, development, implementation and providing end-user training and support. You'll do this as part of a close-knit technical team, working on varied projects which may include Power BI implementation, Data Engineering and Azure Data Migration, as only a few examples.

    With increased demand from their clients for Azure Data Platform services, this role would give you the opportunity to develop skills with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics and Databricks!

    As such, this would be a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned BI Developer to take a step into Consultancy, and work on some really varied and cutting-edge projects as part of a truly supportive and progressive company.

    Requirements:

    We are looking for most (but not necessarily all) of the below experience:

    * Advanced SQL & T-SQL development skills
    * Data Warehouse design & development experience
    * SSIS - experience designing packages
    * SSAS - experience designing Tabular Models
    * Power BI - experience designing reports with use of DAX
    * Any experience with Azure would be beneficial but not essential
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
